Do I need Storage Insurance and do you offer it for your customers?
We do not personally offer Storage Insurance, but Storage Insurance is available through PAL Insurance Brokers, just click on this link to apply online;

You can also contact your Home or Tenants Policy Insurance provider to see if you can add your items in storage to your policy.
What security features do you offer?
We offer 24-hour video surveillance with motion sensors around the perimeter, property & warehouses, coded gate entry, LED lighting around perimiter & warehouses and Security perimeter fencing.
Am I required to store long-term?
Store with us short or long-term. *Minimum four-week rental.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a credit card, we accept Visa or Mastercard.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or Provincial ID, for any trailers or vehicles parked on the property, we require a photocopy showing current insurance.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids.

How do your Promotions work?
Our payment cycles are every 4 weeks, if you pay for 6 payment cycles in advance, we will give you 2 weeks for free, if you pay for a year in advance, we will give you 4 weeks for free.
